LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary
As an LPN, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team in a Life Care Centers of America facility. You will monitor and report changes in patient condition, assign duties, instruct staff, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs. The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN licensure in the applicable state, CPR certification, and a collaborative approach to patient well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Strong customer service, clinical knowledge, and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment
