Job Summary
LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team; monitors and reports changes in patient condition; assigns duties, instructs, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs; requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN license in good standing; CPR certification required or obtained during orientation; one year of skilled nursing experience preferred; emphasizes delivering quality nursing care and maintaining adherence to Life Care standards and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current
