Job Summary
LPN to deliver direct nursing care to residents during the evening shift, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician, supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care, maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided, respond to resident needs and call lights with compassion and urgency, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN License in Good Standing
- Knowledge of Nursing Practices, Procedures, and Regulations
- Strong Clinical and Assessment Skills
- Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
- Can-Do Attitude with a Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care
- A Genuine Love for Seniors
