Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing needs, developing care plans, performing procedures like wound care and ambulation, and administering medications. Lead and supervise other nursing personnel to deliver team-based patient care while documenting information for accurate records. Act as a resource for patients and families and attend necessary meetings, conferences, and staff trainings. Work mainly evening shifts and every other weekend at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center in Littleton, CO. Requires current Colorado LPN license, two years of experience, and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in the State of Colorado to practice as a LPN
- At least 2 years of experience as a LPN
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with other medical and nursing staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
