Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients by assessing needs, developing care plans, performing procedures like wound care and ambulation, and administering medications. Document patient information accurately and lead nursing staff to deliver team-based care. Act as a resource for patients and families while attending meetings and trainings as needed. Requires a current Colorado LPN license, two years of experience, and strong time management skills. Evening shifts and every other weekend; $29.50–$37.37 hourly with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in the State of Colorado to practice as a LPN
- At least 2 years of experience as a LPN
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with other medical and nursing staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
