Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients by assessing needs, developing care plans, performing procedures like wound care and ambulation, and administering medications. Lead and supervise other nursing personnel to deliver team-based care while documenting patient information accurately and acting as a resource for families. Work mainly on evening shifts and every other weekend in a 176-bed skilled nursing facility. Requires a current Colorado LPN license with at least two years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in the State of Colorado to practice as a LPN
- At least 2 years of experience as a LPN
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with other medical and nursing staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
