Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients by assessing needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and performing procedures like wound care and ambulation. Document patient information accurately and lead and supervise other nursing personnel to deliver team-based care. Act as a resource for patients and families while attending necessary meetings, conferences, and staff trainings. Requires a current Colorado LPN license with at least two years of experience. Evening shifts and every other weekend are included in this full-time or part-time role at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center in Littleton, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in the State of Colorado to practice as a LPN
- At least 2 years of experience as a LPN
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with other medical and nursing staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
