Job Summary
Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician and resident service plan; provide personal care services and support; monitor health and well-being; document changes in residents' status and medications; respond to emergencies and coordinate follow-up; assist with activities of daily living, oxygen, mobility, and daily tasks; maintain safety, confidentiality, and a pleasant environment; attend meetings and report injuries; ensure compliance with regulations and procedures; chaperone activities as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN in state where working
- Experience in medication administration
- Basic First Aid Training
- Experience in working with older adults
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Promote teamwork in providing services to resident; Nursing standards of practice for older adults; State and Federal Guidelines for Assisted Living; HIPAA requirements
