Job Summary
Administers medications to residents in accordance with state regulations while also providing personal care services and support to residents. Responsible for documenting medications and changes in residents’ status, monitoring health and safety, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility, and maintaining a safe, home-like environment. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN in state where working
- Experience in medication administration
- Basic First Aid Training
- Experience in working with older adults
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Promote teamwork in providing services to resident; Nursing standards of practice for older adults; State and Federal Guidelines for Assisted Living; HIPAA requirements
