LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Monitor staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety. Record and monitor resident progress, communicate with physicians per facility policies, and participate in developing and revising resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments such as IVs as ordered and in a timely fashion within the LPN scope of practice. Provide management of nursing care to residents and perform other duties as required. Current state LPN license required.
