Job Summary
LPN role with flexible, per-diem/flex/floating assignments across Mercy hospitals in MO. Responsibilities include delivering patient care under supervision, coordinating with departments, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adapting shifts (4/8/12 hours) with possible day or night options. Certifications required include BLS; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) and IV certification desired; Epic experience preferred. Must be an LPN graduate with active licensure in the hiring state; prior bed-side Med Surg experience required (2+ years for ED/ICU). Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking through shifts.
