Job Summary
The LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients, monitors and reports changes in the patient’s condition, assigns duties, instructs, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs, to support the patient’s highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment
