Job Summary
Provide medication administration (oral, topical, IV, injectable), wound care, monitoring of physical and mental health status, catheter/ostomy care, and specimen collection. Execute individualized care plans; collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others; educate residents and families about health status and expectations; maintain detailed health documentation; supervise CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork. Must be licensed to practice in Delaware and able to pass background check, drug screen, and references. Location: Brackenville, Hockessin, DE. Full- or part-time roles available.
