Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse position in Baltimore, MD. Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications; provide wound care and ostomy/catheter care; monitor health status and track changes; perform clinical procedures; assist in care planning and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others. Responsible for documenting health status and care progress; oversee and delegate tasks to CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork; provide family and resident education about health status and expectations. Requires licensure to practice in Maryland, ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and a physical evaluation.
