Job Summary
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) role on day or overnight shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a) within Journey’s care team. Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs in accordance with facility policies, promotes holistic resident care, ensures policy compliance by nursing staff, participates in admissions/discharges/transfers, and documents changes in residents’ status. Requires a nursing degree and an active RN license, with CPR certification. Emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes, collaboration with a supportive care team, and contributing to a positive resident experience in long-term care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- Current CPR certification
