Job Summary
Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical/vocational nurse and certified nursing assistants in accordance with current regulations and facility policies; follows the nursing model to promote holistic resident care; ensures policies are followed by nursing staff; participates in admissions, discharges, and transfers; assesses changes in resident status and communicates with physician and family; transcribes physician orders to the medical record and executes orders as written; role requires a nursing degree and an active RN license plus CPR certification; shifts run 7a-7p and 7p-7a on-site in Jeffersonville, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- Current CPR certification
