Job Summary
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) location: Calhoun, GA. Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical/vocational nurse and certified nursing assistants in accordance with regulations and facility policies; follows the nursing model to promote holistic resident care; ensures policy compliance by nursing personnel; participates in admission, discharge, and transfer of residents; assesses changes in residents’ status and communicates with physicians and families; transcribes physician orders to the medical record and carries out orders as written; shifts offered: 3p-11p and 11p-7a.
Required Qualifications
- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
