Job Summary
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) role with on-site shifts from 7a–7p and 7p–7a in Cartersville, GA. Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs to align with current regulations and facility policies. Provides holistic care using the nursing model, participates in admissions, discharges and transfers, assesses changes in residents’ status, notifies physicians and families as required, and transcribes physician orders to the medical record. Requires a nursing degree and a current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state, plus CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
