Job Summary
Prepare and administer medications and treatments on EMAR per orders and policy. Order pharmacy deliveries, prepare residents' medications for short-term absences, and document progress notes regarding resident status. Complete scheduled resident treatments and occasionally assist with personal care, including transfers, bathing, grooming, and toileting. Work day and evening shifts from Thursday through Sunday in an assisted living and memory care community.
Required Qualifications
- Active Practical Nursing License in Washington State
- Must be able to work in Bellevue, WA
