Job Summary
Instruct patients and families in proper treatment, help individuals maintain health, and assess and record patient symptoms and progress. Administer medications as prescribed by the treating physician and assist in rehabilitation according to the physician's plan. This role offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, nights, and weekends with hourly pay ranging from $38 to $40. Flagstar Nursing provides PTO, a referral bonus, and employer-paid health screenings and background checks for LPNs working in skilled nursing facilities in Warren, OH, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an active LPN license to work in Ohio
- CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Reliable Transportation to worksite location
