Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by developing meaningful relationships through their life stories and staff. Create a comforting atmosphere that supports a respectful work environment, fostering teamwork with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in all interactions. Full-time and part-time evening shift availability; competitive compensation with 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
