Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of residents, manage medication, and document changes in condition daily. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors while creating a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and interpersonal communication. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, fostering teamwork that exceeds resident needs. Maintain a respectful work environment aligned with C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive pay, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
