Job Summary
Complete and scan required record keeping forms upon guest admission, transfer, and discharge. Chart nurses' notes descriptively to reflect care provided and guest responses. Report discrepancies regarding physician orders, diet changes, or charting errors to the Director of Nursing. Ensure appropriate documentation for unauthorized discharges is entered in the medical record per established procedures. Educate patients and families on disease processes while managing medication and wound care. Earn $35.00 - $40.00 per hour with profit sharing eligibility from day one. Full-time or part-time roles available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
- Compact State license
- Minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience
- Ability to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes
- Good medication knowledge
- Wound care experience
