Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments safely and accurately; monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership; complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations; supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
