Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation per physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership. Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
