Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care as an LPN within Life Care Centers of America, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patients, report changes in condition, and supervise CNAs. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. Responsibilities include assigning duties, instructing staff, and maintaining current CPR certification as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment
