Job Summary
Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing nursing unit activities while identifying problems and developing correction plans. Check ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, and report condition changes to the medical record. Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set protocols and administer prescribed medications and treatments. Requires a nursing license in MA, BLS certification, and ability to supervise and delegate. Full and part-time shifts available with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA
- BLS Certification required
- Must be able to supervise and delegate
