Job Summary
Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing nursing unit activities while identifying problems and developing correction plans. Check ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, and report condition changes to the medical record. Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set protocols and administer prescribed medications and treatments. This role is part of a Faith-Based, non-profit Long-Term Care facility in the Berkshires. Full-time positions offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, while part-time and all shifts are available with competitive hourly pay ranging from $35.50 to $40.50.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA
- BLS Certification
- Must be able to supervise and delegate
