Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients by monitoring and reporting changes in their condition while assigning duties and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and ensure all care aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Maintain an active LPN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification upon hire. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
