Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings as an LPN. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitor resident conditions, and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership. Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Supervise and support CNAs, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Requires Colorado LPN license and CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Full-time and PRN opportunities available, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM; weekend shifts required for PRN commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
