Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately; monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership. Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Supervise and support CNAs in delivering resident care; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
