Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions and report changes; complete assessments and documentation in accordance with policies and regulations; supervise and support CNAs; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team; promote resident dignity and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
