Job Summary
Supervise Nurse Aides and provide guidance as needed while administering medications and treatments to patients. Maintain accurate records, communicate with healthcare professionals, and deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Charge Nurse or Physician. Participate in the Quality Improvement Program to contribute to departmental goals.
