Job Summary
Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and enter physician orders into electronic medical records. Monitor residents' health status, document changes, and provide timely communication with physicians regarding resident status. Ensure proper check-in, storage, and destruction of all medications, including narcotics. Supervise and support CNAs in delivering high-quality resident care while ensuring compliance with state, facility, and company policies. Notify administrators of occurrences or incidents as necessary. This role requires a clear, unencumbered Arkansas LPN license, assisted living experience, and knowledge of AR State Regulations. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible schedules, including new night shift openings.
Required Qualifications
- Clear, unencumbered Arkansas LPN license
- Assisted living experience
- Strong medication administration skills
- Knowledge of AR State Regulations
- Prior experience supervising CNAs
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Meeting all health and state requirements
- Ability to meet Drug & TB testing requirements

- Experience with dementia care
