Job Summary
LPN-KIRSCHNER position requiring NYS LPN certification to monitor residents' health, arrange and accompany medical appointments, administer medications, supervise direct care staff in medication administration, maintain nursing and medical records, monitor personal hygiene programs, update care plans under RN supervision, provide resident training on hygiene and health topics, and perform related duties per RN/House Manager. CPR certification and ongoing qualifications as needed are required; one year related experience is desirable.
