Job Summary
Conduct phone calls, request medical records for new patients, track referrals and lab diagnoses, and authorize medications as needed. Complete administrative tasks while multitasking in a fast-paced environment and float to assist other nurses when required. Maintain current LPN licensure and CPR certification with preferred EHR experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Current LPN nursing license
- Valid CPR certification
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be well organized
- Must be a good team player
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous office nursing experience
- Knowledge of electronic medical record
- Experience working with EHR
