LPN

Direct patient care in the pulmonary clinic as an LPN, delivering quality care through assessing patients, taking vital signs, performing medication administration and reconciliations, CPAP mask fittings, patient education on inhalers and injections, and supporting clinic operations using the Epic system. Cross-trained to assist with clerical responsibilities, maintain documentation, and promote teamwork, safety, and adherence to JMC’s mission and values. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, coordinating with staff and physicians, and contributing to positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced pulmonary setting.
