LPN - (IV Certified Required)-Chandler

LPN - IV Certified Required - Triage LPN for a full-time day shift (Mon-Fri) at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers. Collaborates with the Triage RN and Nurse Manager to triage patient calls, document in charts, assist with coordination of patient care, obtain prior authorizations for oral chemotherapies, refill prescriptions for oral chemotherapy, schedule the first chemotherapy appointment after RN education, administer IVs for non-chemo agents as needed, and communicate PT/INR results and new directions to patients. Requires knowledge of HIPAA, chemotherapy drugs and supplies (preferred), CPT/ICD-9/HCPCS coding (preferred), basic mathematics, Microsoft Office, willingness to travel between offices, and an active Arizona LPN license with CPR certification.
