Evaluate, carry out nursing plans of care, and manage patient discharge per physician orders and clinic policy. Identify emergent situations to initiate treatment, ensure diagnostic studies are completed, and review laboratory and radiology results to report abnormalities. Complete health records, assist in creating care plans, communicate assessment activities with health team members, and participate in departmental quality assessment and improvement. This part-time role at Idabel Clinic offers variable scheduling from 8:00am to 4:30pm, four days a week, with weekly earned wage access available.
