Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for in-home patient care across Morgantown, Fairmont, and Wheeling, WV. Provide direct patient care per the provider's plan, monitor progress, document vitals and treatment responses, administer medications and IV fluids, inspect and dress wounds, and collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Requires current LPN license in WV, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation to care sites. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, reporting changes, delivering appropriate treatments, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of WV
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
