Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This role requires a current unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred. Interim HealthCare offers competitive pay ranging from $22 to $27, flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling, daily pay options, and no overtime requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
