Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for inpatient care within Sanford Health’s network, providing compassionate, proficient care under supervision of RNs and physicians. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records across clinics, hospitals, and senior living facilities within the system. Works in a dynamic clinical environment to support high-quality, safe patient care and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Ability to administer medications and perform patient assessments under supervision of RNs and physicians
- Proficient in maintaining patient records and documentation
- Experience in inpatient settings preferred
- Safety and patient care compliance knowledge
- BLS/CPR certification preferred or required per facility policy
