LPN - Inpatient Rehab

Provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to the RN or provider, and administer medications within LPN scope of practice. Assist with admissions, assessments, and daily patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support successful recovery. Available for days or nights shifts.
