LPN - Inpatient Rehab

Provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider while administering medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice. Assist with admissions, assessments, and daily patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support successful patient recovery. Available for days or nights shifts in Colorado Springs with weekly or same-day pay options.
