LPN - Inpatient Rehab

Provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting while monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN or provider. Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice, assisting with admissions, assessments, and daily patient care for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support successful patient recovery in a supportive environment.
