Job Summary
Provide 12-hour night shift inpatient care for patients recovering from brain injuries, managing daily rehabilitation needs and medication administration. Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery goals. Required Qualifications
- Completion of LPN/LVN program
- Recent patient care experience
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of LPN/LVN experience
