LPN Inpatient - Progressive Care providing practical nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include participating in the nursing process (data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation), developing individualized interdisciplinary care plans, assessing and educating patients and families, administering prescribed medications, applying age-appropriate care, advocating for patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care, and supporting orientation and development of new staff.
