LPN Inpatient - Emergency Department - Nights

Collect data, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department inpatient unit under RN or physician direction. Participate in the nursing process for patients of all ages, communicate with team members and physicians, and contribute to the development of the patient database and interdisciplinary plan of care. Administer prescribed medications, implement therapeutic treatment plans, and advocate for patient rights while providing psychological and social support. Identify educational needs, incorporate education into the care plan, and document progress. Complete de-escalation training within four months of hire. Work full-time evening and night shifts with every other weekend rotation.
