Job Summary
Coordinate health care needs, evaluate program services, and deliver resident care through the nursing process while adhering to state laws and the community's philosophy. Prepare and administer medications per infection control guidelines, document accurately in resident charts, and process physician orders. Manage new admissions and discharges, conduct rounds to ensure safety, and monitor vital signs. Provide personal care, support, supervision, and evaluation addressing physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being. Full-time position in Nixa, MO with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, and holiday pay.
