Job Summary

Prepare patients for office visits by reviewing histories, collecting clinical data, measuring vital signs, and documenting in medical records. Complete patient outcome evaluations, address care gaps, and prepare rooms and equipment for procedures while assisting practitioners as needed. Initiate interventions, monitor electronic messaging, and schedule appointments for lab, radiology, or specialty consultations. Educate patients on diagnostic studies, resolve concerns promptly, and engage families in care coordination. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, provide orientation to new team members, and supervise unlicensed personnel. Lead annual projects to improve access, clinical performance, and care experience. Perform complex procedures independently under physician supervision and coordinate pre- and post-procedural encounters. Requires three years of clinical LPN experience, Georgia license, and BLS certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience as an LPN/LVN
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in area of specialty
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing (LPN/LVN) program
  • Practical Nurse License (Georgia)
  • Basic Life Support

Desired Qualifications

  • Associates degree in nursing
